Entry-level IT support, help desk and cybersecurity candidate. Google IT Support certified, cybersecurity student, and an EMT with 2+ years of high-volume 911 experience who stays calm when things break.
I'm an EMT moving into IT. For over two years I've worked 911 EMS in a high call volume system, caring for patients of all ages. That work taught me to stay calm when things go wrong, ask the right questions, solve problems step by step and document everything accurately. Those are the same habits that make good IT support.
In October 2026 I earned the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, covering technical support, computer networking, Windows and Linux operating systems, system administration and IT security. I'm now working through the IBM & ISC2 Cybersecurity Specialist Professional Certificate, studying for CompTIA Security+, and pursuing an Associate's in Cybersecurity at Wayne County Community College District.
I learn best hands-on, through home labs and by running a live website on my own domain.
